How do I get Started?

Getting Started is Simple!

  1. Choose Your Service
    Traveling on business, vacation or with a group? Simply click here to order or call 888.9.ROOSRV and tell us how many stays you wish to purchase.

  2. Fill Your Bag
    Simply let us know what products you want in your RooPack. We do all the shopping for you and ship your filled RooPack to your destinations. We will notify you when products need replenishment.

    If you prefer, we can also ship your empty RooPack directly to you to fill with your own products. We can still manage all of the products you pack and let you know when they need replenishment.

  3. Click “Send” and Relax!
    Your RooPack or RooFit Pack will be at your hotel's front desk by 5pm on the day you arrive — guaranteed! To return the Pack, just leave it at the hotel desk when you depart. It’s that easy!

How long does it take to get my account established?

Two to three weeks from the time we receive your personally packed RooPack and itinerary.

How large is a RooPack?

The RooPack is large enough to hold most of your personal care products in average-size containers.

Since I order most of my products online, can I have them sent directly to RooService?

We have an affiliate program coming soon where you will be able to place an order for all your products and have it shipped directly to us for packing and shipping to your hotel. We also have a personal shopper program where you tell us the items you want and we purchase them for you using your credit card.

What if I want to change items in my RooPack?

Easy! Simply change your master list on the website and we will transition the new item and the old item out as we process your RooPack.

What if I want an item only one time?

No Problem! Simply indicate on your account which trip and what item you would like (2 weeks notice is required prior to the trip)

How do I know if my RooPack made it to my destination?

You may opt for our email alerts so you always know the progress of your RooPack and when your RooPack arrives at your destination.

What if I want to get my RooPack earlier than 5pm?

No problem! Simply indicate on your account that you need it before 5pm and we will be sure your RooPack arrives by the morning of your arrival (additional charges may apply).

What if I switch hotels in a city?

Simply take your RooPak with you from one hotel to the next and turn it in at the front desk when you check out.

What if I have prescription liquids?

If you are willing to supply us with a duplicate item for your prescription, we can ship it along with your normal RooPack.

Is my RooPack secure when in transit?

Each RooPack is packed in a securely sealed poly bag. It is as safe as any premium shipment. No one but you (and RooService) will be able to gain access to the contents of your RooPack.

What if my travel plans change?

Just notify RooService ASAP and we will re-route your RooPack.

Do the multi-stay packages expire?

Stays do not expire since they are purchased in advance. We will also periodically send out reminders to alert you to unused stays.

I purchased a multiple-stay package, but I would like to expense these. Can I receive an invoice for individual stays that I can provide to my company?

Of course! Once a stay is used and your RooPack has arrived at its destination, we generate an individual invoice for that particular stay with the correct ship date that you may turn into your company for reimbursement.
