Terms & Conditions
You the ‘client’ agree to and acknowledge the following with respect to any services ordered by you from Tezze, LLC (hereinafter “RooService”) and RooService.com.
Account Setup Fee
The account setup fee includes the fulfillment of your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack and the patented RooPack case and / or RooFit Pack (the RooPack case and / or RooFit Pack remains the property of RooService at all times). Client is responsible for the cost of the items. The filled RooPack and / or RooFit Pack must be returned to RooService within 21 days or the client will forfeit $59.99 from the purchase package to cover the cost of the unreturned Pack or pack.
The setup fee also includes the inventory, storage, care and cleaning, and preparation of all personal care items in your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack.
Rates
Stay rates are all inclusive of the following services:
- Item exchange/additions/subtractions, inventory, storage, packing, cleaning, replenishing (if authorized), and laundering/cleaning of fitness clothes and fitness gear (if fitness service is chosen).
- Round-trip shipment of your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack to and from your designated destination and the RooService Carehouse.
- RooPacks and / or RooFit Packs are stored in an environmentally safe and temperature controlled facility to provide the best care for your personal items.
- Includes all packaging, standard ground weekday shipping rates and insurance up to $100 per shipped package.
- If your total requested items collectively weigh more than 15 lbs or exceed 15” in length, additional fees may be incurred.
Packaging
RooService will take care to ID all of your items to ensure the care and privacy of your items.
All items in the inventory of your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack must be returned in your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack.
RooService is not responsible for items left behind (or purposefully omitted) in your hotel room or destination.
RooService is not responsible for negative reactions to professionally laundered fitness clothing.
RooService is not responsible for any manufacturers claims or promises of any kind as it pertains to items in your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack.
RooService is not responsible for your choice of DVD/CD/fitness program, its claims or promise of results. You should always check with your doctor before starting any fitness routine.
Client is responsible for re-bagging their RooPack and / or RooFit Pack (using the included, pre-labeled bag) and dropping sealed package at their hotel front desk or the nearest UPS or FedEx delivery point. Any RooPack and / or RooFit Pack that is not promptly returned by client after a scheduled stay will incur a $59.99 charge for the RooPack and / or RooFit Pack case.
RooService will not be held liable for any shipment delays or lost items due to shipping labels falling off or being removed from the item. Failure to properly adhere shipping labels (if using a returnable bag) may result in a delay of service or a complete loss of your package and may void any warranties expressly provided to you below. Any old shipping stickers or labels should be removed or covered.
Cancellations and Changes

Up to 4 business days prior to your scheduled arrival date:
Order cancellations or changes may be made up to 4 business days prior to the scheduled date of arrival and a full refund will be applied to your account. Changes or cancellations up to 4 days prior to your original arrival date may be made on the website or by calling RooService at 888-976-6778. -
Between 4 business days and 24 hours prior to
your scheduled arrival date:
We will make every attempt to stop the shipment. If your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack has not left our Carehouse, there will be no charge for the service or cancellation. Order cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your date of arrival will be refunded, however, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $20. Order changes up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date will incur a $20 change fee. -
Orders cancelled or changed within 24 hours prior to
the scheduled day of arrival:
Stay charges cannot be refunded. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours prior to your original arrival date MUST be made by calling RooService at 888-976-6778. Changes to pickup dates and times cannot be guaranteed with less than 4 business days advance notice. There is no charge for changes made to an order with more than 4 business days notice from the client’s scheduled arrival date.
Changes made after your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack has been picked up from our Carehouse will be subject to a $20 change fee. RooService does not guarantee any shipment that is changed or re-routed in transit. Cancellations of your account: in the event you decide that RooService is no longer a good fit for the way you travel, and your account is in good standing, the contents of all of your RooPacks and / or RooFit Packs will be packaged properly and returned to your address on file. Any unreturned RooPack case and / or RooFit Pack is subject to a $59.99 case charge.
Refusal of Shipment
RooService reserves the right to hold any shipment that may be deemed undeliverable for any reasons stated in our terms and conditions.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold RooService and its owners, employees, clients, and agents harmless from all claims, demands, causes of actions, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your acts or omissions in connection with your use of this website or any of RooService services, including but not limited to, your shipment of any Disallowed Goods as defined below.
Allowed Items
RooService will ship any of the following:
- Any and all personal care toiletry items and accessories.
- Personal care appliances (razors, electric toothbrush, hair dryers, etc.)
- Prescription personal care items such as Medicated Shampoo, Facial Cleanser, Skin Treatment, etc.
- Portable fitness equipment (ie. DVD’s, CD’s, stretch bands, foldable yoga mats, shoes, up to 3 changes of clothing, fitness undergarments, socks). NOTE: Hand weights or fitness weights of any kind are NOT allowed.
- Spare technology chargers (cell phone, laptop, iPad, etc.)
Disallowed Items
RooService will not ship any of the following:
- Valuables (jewelry, china, antiques, artwork, etc.)
- Explosives, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, tear gas, etc.
- Perishables or temperature sensitive items
- Pets, Insects, animals
- Cash
- Hazardous Materials (oil, gasoline, poisons, infectious substances, etc)
- Valuable or confidential papers
- Human remains
- Alcohol and tobacco products.
- Illegal narcotics/drugs
- Oral Prescription Drugs or pills. NOTE: prescription personal care items such as facial cleanser and shampoo are allowed.
- Hand weights or fitness weights of any kind.
- RooService reserves the right to disallow additional items in the future
Insurance
Each RooPack and / or RooFit Pack will be automatically insured for $100.00 (if the fitness option is chosen, the fitness pack will be insured for an additional $100). This insurance covers major damage and/or loss of your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack and its contents up to the insured value of the goods. It does not insure, and RooService is in no way liable, for any subsequent losses resulting from damaged or lost items. RooService is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to, direct or indirect, acts of God, riots, customs delays, or strikes. Shipment delays due to these occurrences void all responsibility and liability of RooService. RooService is in no way liable or responsible for any losses or damages to property left unattended while waiting for pickup or property left unattended at the final destination.
Warranties
Delayed Shipments
In the event of a delayed shipment (EXCLUDING DELAYS CAUSED BY FACTORS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED), RooService will provide you any available hotel travel/toiletry pack, at our expense, found at your hotel or destination. If it is estimated that your RooPack will not arrive within 24 hours of your arrival, we will proactively overnight any possible 2nd pack you may have at our Carehouse. If no 2nd RooPack exists, we will have a local Personal Shopper shop for your items and deliver them to you at your hotel at our expense. RooService will make every effort to locate your Roo pack and / or RooFit Pack in a timely manner and deliver it to its intended destination.
Lost Shipments
In the event of a missing or lost RooPack and / or RooFit Pack, RooService reserves the right to locate your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack in 7 business days. Once deemed a lost RooPack and / or RooFit Pack, if RooService provided a local personal shopper to purchase your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack items, client is required to send RooService (at our shipping expense) the items purchased by RooService to fulfill the RooPack and / or RooFit Pack. It is not necessary for the client to file any claim for lost contents, it is the obligation of RooService to fulfill the RooPack and / or RooFit Pack according to the clients inventory list. If your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack was found, there is no further action necessary by either the client or RooService.
Damaged Shipments
Client is responsible for making sure that all containers are properly closed and sealed and takes care in packing their RooPack and / or RooFit Pack as it was received. RooService is not responsible for loss of product volume by leaking or broken packaging.
International Shipments
RooService currently does not ship internationally. HOWEVER, if you frequent the US from another country, you may have a RooPack and / or RooFit Pack at our Carehouse and we can ship to any US location while you are in the US. Money Back Guarantee
RooService will guarantee the delivery of your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack to your indicated destination by 5pm the date of your arrival. RooService is not responsible for incorrect information provided to RooService regarding your itinerary, location or dates.
RooService will not be obligated to refund any charges for any of the following reasons:
- Shipment was delayed, held, or re-routed due the request or actions of the user as defined in our terms and conditions of our website and those listed above.
- The shipment delivery was refused by recipient.
- The shipment was delayed due to an incorrect address.
- Delivery or Pick up location is considered outside primary service areas.
Confidentiality
RooService will keep all account information, RooPack and / or RooFit Pack contents, etc. confidential to the account holder only. We will take all precautionary and secure measures to be sure your personal information and RooPack and / or RooFit Pack contents are held in the strictest of confidence.
Right to Inspect
RooService retains the right to inspect every RooPack and / or RooFit Pack when it is received back in the Carehouse for processing, cleaning and replenishing. While in transit, your RooPack and / or RooFit Pack may be inspected or screened from time to time by small package delivery services.
Personal Pocket
You will have a designated ‘personal pocket’ that RooService will not open. This is for your safety as well as the health and welfare of our employees.
Legal
This website is wholly owned and operated by Tezze, LLC dba RooService of Delaware. The agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Delaware, USA, in all disputes relating to the use of this website, any purchases made using this website or any services provided to you by RooService. Use of this website constitutes an agreement between you and RooService and that you are bound by the Terms of Service, legal disclaimer, and privacy policy contained within the RooService website. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
RooService specifically disclaims all warranties with respect to this web site or your use thereof. All information on the web site, including but not limited to graphics, text and links to other sites, is provided “as is” and “as available” and may be changed without prior notice. We do not warrant the content, quality, condition, accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this information. Trademarks
Trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, URLs, domain names and icons (“Marks”) appearing on this site, whether registered or not, are owned by Tezze, LLC.. Nothing on this web site grants you any right or license to use any of the Marks without the express written consent of Tezze, LLC.
Traveling on business, vacation or with a group? Simply click here to order or call 888.9.ROOSRV and tell us how many stays you wish to purchase.
Simply let us know what products you want in your RooPack. We do all the shopping for you and ship your filled RooPack to your destinations. We will notify you when products need replenishment.
If you prefer, we can also ship your empty RooPack directly to you to fill with your own products. We can still manage all of the products you pack and let you know when they need replenishment.
Your RooPack or RooFit Pack will be waiting for you when you arrive at your destination front desk by 5pm — guaranteed! To return the Pack, just leave it at the hotel desk when you depart. It’s that easy!
Always on the move? No problem! RooService can hold duplicate sets of your pack ready to travel at any time.
